DIY Massive 12000 Watts 230v Programmable Lighting Setup 12 Channel

Hello everyone,

In this project I will show you how you can make a massive 12000 watts led light controller.

This is a 12 channel setup, by using this circuit you can control any 230v light.

You can make different pattern of lighting. In this video I will show you a demo programming but you can make it according to your requirement.

Step 3: Components Required

1. Arduino Uno
2. BT 136 TRIAC*12

3. MOC3021 OPTOCOUPLER IC *12

4. 220 OHMS RESISTOR*24

5. 10K RESISTROR*1

6. 20 MHZ CRYSTAL*1

7. 1000UF CAPACITOR....25V

8. 6 PIN IC BASE*12 (OPTIONAL)

9. 28 PIN IC BASE (OPTIONAL)

10. 230V LIGHT*12 11. LAMP HOLDER*12

12. 230V POWER SOCKET

13. 5V,1 AMP POWER SUPPLY

NOTE- ALL THE RESISTORS ARE .25 WATT

Step 4: Circuit Diagram

Step 5: Program the Arduino

Step 6: Assemble the Circuit

Now put all the components to the board & solder it...

Step 7: Connect the Power Supply

Now connect the 230v power supply & the 5v power supply....

Also connect the load..

Step 8: Not to Do

Please do not touch any component while the circuit is connected to 230v supply...

230v Ac supply can kill you.

If you not aware about 230v ac the please stay out of this....

Otherwise do it as your own risk...

Step 9: Tips

If you use 1000 watts each channel then use heat sink ....

Also if you don't want 12 channel then modify the program & set it according to your need...

Also you can write different program..

Step 10: Done

Now you are done....

Now you can use this setup anywhere you want....
