Step 1: You Need;

Tape
Glue
Scissors
Notepad
Pen(maybe)

Step 2: Measure

Cut out your paper to be the size of the cover

Step 3: TAPE

Take a strip of tape and place it onto your cover make sure that it's long enough to be bent back so that your ends stay.

Step 4: Glue

Now glue your notebook into your cover and let it dry for thirty minutes and ENJOY!
