What you need:
• paper with designs
• scissors
• double sided tape
For book mark:
• heart sticker
• paper with designs or solid color
• ribbon (optional)
• hole puncher (optional)

Step 1: Take a Sheet of Paper With Designs.

You can use scrapbook paper but if you don't have any just print out a cool background. I used a tumblr inspired background.

Step 2: Flip It Over!

Flip your paper over and using double sided tape, stick the tape on there in a whole bunch of horizontal lines touching each other.

Step 3: Cut It Out

Use your sciccors and cut out the shape of a heart.

Step 4: Peel

Peel off the backing of the double sided tape.

Step 5: Ways to Use

You can use this as a decorative sticker or a book mark. To make a book mark take a square of colored paper and stick it on the back of the heart. This is optional but you can make a hole on the square and thread ribbon through the hole.
