About: And you are here. There is a fire in your belly. I love that. I feel it too. I want to help you burn even brighter, beautiful.

How to make Wonder Woman's chest armor from the new Wonder Woman movie! This armor form fits your body and uses simple materials for an excellent result

Step 1: Materials

  • Craft foam
  • Scissors
  • Bra inserts
  • Super glue
  • Cling wrap
  • Duct tape
  • Hair dryer/heat gun
  • Red, black, and gold acrylic paint
  • Glossy mod podge

Step 2: Make Your Pattern

To make the pattern for this armor start by wrapping yourself in cling wrap where you want the armor to go. Next cover the cling wrap in duct tape. Get a friend to carefully cut off the duct tape and cling wrap. Cut the duct tape+cling wrap pattern to the shape you want.

Step 3: Transfer to Foam

Trace your pattern on to your craft foam using as few pieces of foam as possible. Cut out the foam. Once you have cut out your pattern glue your pieces together with super glue. Use an extra piece of craft foam to reinforce the seams.(skip if using one piece)

Step 4: Shape the Armor Pt. 1

On the area where the breasts go cut a slit with scissors. Now take the bra pads and put them on the front of the armour. Press in the foam from the slit you made and secure using super glue

Step 5: Shaping the Armor Pt. 2

To shape the armour to your body start by cutting slits/thin ovals in the side of the armor and pushing the foam back together securing with super glue.

Step 6: Shaping the Armor Pt.3

Heating up foam makes it extremely pliable. Using a heat gun or hair dryer on the hottest setting heat up the foam and mold it to your body. Once it’s cooled remove it from you body and the foam will stay it that position. Because for this part as the foam can get hot and do it in sections at a time

Step 7: And the Details

Use a reference photo for this step. Cut out strips of foam and super glue them onto the armor. Tip: lay out all your strips before you start gluing them down.

Step 8: Add the Symbol

Again using a photo as reference draw then cut out the pieces for the symbol from foam. Lay all the pieces down first then glue them down

Step 9: Paint!

Start with the red. Mix to your desired colour then apply at least two coats make sure not to miss any areas. Paint the symbol gold with at least two coats. To add depth mix black paint with water and apply between the raised strips. Once happy with the colours apply several coats of glossy mod podge.

Step 10: Finish

To weather add some scratches with scissors. Add a few straps to the back and your done!
