Tea Leaves

Step 2: Prepare for Your Craft!

Cut out a piece of Satin Ribbon measuring 6 cm.

Make 28 such pieces for making the flower petals.

Step 3: Make the Petals!

Take a piece of ribbon and fold in half in length.

Trim the corners from one side and seal the same side by burning it with a lighter carefully.

Gather the ribbon on the non sealed side and burn to seal them similarly.

Step 4: Make the Base.

Take a foam sheet and make a circular cut out to stick the petals on.

Paste the first set of petals onto the outermost edge of the base.

Build the layers of petals

Step 5: Give the Finishing Touch!

Paste a small cotton Ball in the center of the flower.

Apply adhesive on the cotton's surface and sprinkle tea leaves on it.

I would have used a brown Pompom in the middle. (Boring) Tea leaves are WAY BETTER! Love that idea! This is why I come to Instructables!
