Introduction: DIY Your Own Project/repair Organizer

Hello, today I'll show you how to make your own Project/Repair Organizer. Are you tired of the huge amount of screws that comes out of your repair surface? That's the instructable for you. Let's start =)!

Step 1: What You Need

Here are the models that you need for this instructable:

Step 2: Let's Start Making!

After you have printed the models, take the organizer (Organizer-Modello1.pdf) model and a sheet of plastic trasparent paper. Set the glue on the plastic trasparent sheet (REMEMBER: ON THE PLASTIC TRASPARENT SHEET) and spread it with two fingers.

After, bring the plastic trasparent sheet and the organizer model and let it match. During you're pasting this two things, you massage the paper sheet to uniform the effect of the glue. At last, take it under a solid surface to improve the grip between the two sheets.

Now, take the second model: AngleScrews1.pdf. Bring another plastic trasparent sheet and, with a DVD Label Pen, track the lines over it and cut it.

Step 3: Cut the Surface and Set the Base

Bring now the previous work and cut the pointless part. Set it over the drawing paper (220 g/m^2) and track the borders. Set the glue on the top left and top right angles and stick here the plastic angles that you've made previously. After that, spread the glue over the base sheet and stick the Organizer model (BE ACCURATE: THE ORGANIZER MODEL MUST BE ON THE ANGLES TABS) and massage the surface. At last, cut the remaining pointless parts and FINISH =) YOU MADE IT!

QUICK TIP: WHEN YOU'RE WORKING WITH THIS TOOL, YOU CAN ADD INFORMATIONS ON THE SURFACE WITH A DVD LABEL PEN. REMEMBER THAT, IF YOU WANT TO ERASE THE INFORMATIONS, USE ALCOHOL.

Thank you for your interest =) and follow my instructables.

Sorry for the english, but I'm italian. =)
