Step 1: FIX TWO TRANSISTORS

FIX TWO TRANSISTORS BC547 0N BREADBOARD

Step 2: CONNECT RESISTANCE

CONNECT 10K RESISTORS FROM BASE OF BOTH TRANSISTORS TO NEGATIVE RAIL

Step 3: CONNECT COLLECTOR TIP

CONNECT COLLECTOR TIP OF TRANSISTOR TO POSITIVE RAIL

Step 4: INSERT CAPACITOR

CONNECT CATHODE OF CAPACITOR TO THE BASE OF FIRST TRANSISTOR AND ANODE TO THE EMITTER OF SECOND ONE.CONNECT SECOND CAPACITOR THE BASE OF SECOND TRANSISTOR AND OTHER END TH THE EMITTER OF FIRST TRANSISTOR.

Step 5: INSERT LED

INSERT CATHODE OF LED IN EMITTER OF BOTH TRANSISTOR AND CONNECT ANODE TO 10OHM RESISTOR.CONNECT 10 OHM RESISTOR TO POSITIVE RAIL.

Step 6: CONNECT POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE RAIL TO BATTERY

    Without a schematic diagram it looks like a flip flop setup. But that is merely wild guess.
