Birds Nest Bus Shelter

This is a model bus shelter as part of my AS-Level 'Environmental Design Project'.
Made completely from sheets of acrylic perspex. Was designed on Autodesk Inventor 2012. Here I generated draft drawings after the design was complete. After which I was able to transfer the data on the our workshops CNC Laser Cutter.

Hope you like it.

Daniel :)

    Well done mate.

Smart design and really nice model, I like the route info printed on the back wall! I'm jealous of you having access to a CNC at high school. Make the most of it and keep making cool stuff.

More importantly it's a great design for bus shelters. I could imagine something like these being dotted all over a design conscious city like Berlin.

    Good work!

Thanks 1boydy glad you like the model bus shelter. We're very lucky to have access to CNC tech here at comprehensive school. Got the equipment last year and trying making full use of it for sure !

    Thanks again :)
