Intro: Dark Chocolate Espresso Popsicles
Espresso Popsicles. A great way to get energy when it's too hot to drink regular coffee. A quick and easy way to make an amazing frozen coffee.
-1 cup of espresso
-3/4 - 1 cup of ice
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 cup of melted dark chocolate
-1 cup of milk
-Small dixie cups
Make 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and melt 1 cup of dark chocolate. When melting the chocolate be sure to keep on the lowest heat there is and constantly stir it, that way it won't burn or get stuck to the pot.
Blend all of the ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour blended ingredients into small dixie cups about 3/4 of the way full, then put in freezer. After about half an hour stick the popsicle sticks into the cup.(This way they will stay upright)
After about 4 hours the popsicles will be completely frozen. To get them out take a pair of scissors and cut a slit in the top of the cup. Then peel off the cup and they will be ready to eat.
