This 3 ingredient rich, dark, creamy chocolate truffles are my PMS LIFE SAVER for those days when nothing but chocolate will do. And for around 90-100 calories per portion(8-12 balls) this is guilt-free. They are also
- Sugarfree Low carb Low calories
- High in protein
- and High in fiber
I also find they help suppress my appetite... but don't hey, take my word for it ,try it for yourself.
They are so easy to make and you can make them in less than 2 minutes!
The downside is that my husband says they look like elephant poop!!! :(
Step 1: Ingredients
THE MAIN INGREDIENTS ARE
Plain fat free Yoghurt 40g
Unsweetened Cocoa powder 20g
Sweetener or honey- 10 drops( I used my protein Flav drops).
Step 2: The Mix
Mix yoghurt, cocoa and flavdrops together till mixture forms a big lump - you can add more cocoa powder if it is too soft.
Step 3: Rolling the Truffles
- Roll into small balls
- Dust with cocoa powder
- (optional- you can stuff them with almonds or any nuts or dried fruit you like)
