Frozen ball of orange juice bathed in vodka!
Step 1: Ingredients
Step 2: Open and Fill the Ice Ball Maker
Fill half the ice ball maker with orange juice and securely close the lid.
Step 3: Fill to Rim With Food Syringe
Fill a food syringe with orange juice and inject into top hole of ice ball mold until its full.
Step 4: Freeze
Place in freezer for about 2-3 hours until the orange juice spheres are frozen solid.
Step 5: Open the Mold
Carefully open the mold. It might stick a bit.
Without touching the orange juice sphere turn the mold upside down over the martini glass and gently push from the bottom of the mold until juice sphere falls into glass.
Step 6: Add the Vodka!
Now just pour your favorite vodka into the glass and voila!
You can do the same with cranberry juice for a deconstructed Cosmopolitan!
