Defrost Detector

When your freezer derails, it may take a while to notice it. Sometimes too. To avoid food intoxitations, here's a tip. Hack your freezer!

Step 1: Components and Tools Needed:

Tools:

- cutter

Materials:

- 2 plastics bottles

- food coloring

- water

Step 2: Construction

If you have two identical bottles, cut into 2 parts.

Otherwise, cut the top of the bottle and the neck. You now have a stand for your bottle.

Step 3:

Put a few centimeters of water in the bottle, and a few drops of food coloring.

Put the bottle in the freezer. When the bottle is frozen, return it.

Step 4: Finish

If the water is in the back of the bottle, you have a problem !
