These banana bread muffins are to die for and is the perfect combination of sweet and savory.
Step 1: INGREDIENTS
3-4 Bananas mashed
1 c. sugar
½ c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Step 2: INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Mash bananas in a bowl.
Step 3: INSTRUCTIONS
Add sugar, eggs and oil. Mix well. During this step, I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg, and you can do the same as well.
Step 4: INSTRUCTIONS
Sift dry ingredients together and add to the banana mixture, mix only until combined, do not over mix.
Step 5: INSTRUCTIONS
Pour into muffin soufflé cups ½ way. Bake 25-30 minutes until muffins are done.
