Intro: Delicious Chicken Beef Bites
Chicken beef bites are so tasty it’s one of my favorite snacks, they’re easy and fast to make, you can serve it as a side dish, i personally like to dip it in ketchup, you can choose any type of sauce, it goes with everything. It’s rich with proteins, vitamins and minerals which makes it a perfect healthy snack for kids. So to make this recipe just follow these simple steps.
To make 5 chicken Beef bites pieces you will need:
-200g of Beef
-200g of Chicken Breast
-3 Garlic Cloves
-Ground Black Pepper
-100g of Mozzarella Cheese
-100g of Tuna
Step 1: Chicken and Beef
Step 2: Grinding
Step 3: Seasoning
Step 4: Mixing Spices
Add half teaspoon of salt then mix the spices into the meat mixture.
Step 5: Parting Mixture
Cut the mixture into 6 balls then take one and put it to the side you’re going to use it later.
Step 6: Baking Plate
Take a baking plate and oil it, i used corn oil.
Take the 5 meatballs one by one, make them flat by pressing on them with the palm of your hand then put them on the baking plate.
Step 8: Frying
Take the remaining ball flatten it then put it on an oiled nonstick pan and fry it on low heat. Make sure that both sides are fried evenly.
Step 9: Cut Fried Beef
Put the the fried beef in a bowl and cut it into pieces with your hands.
Step 10: Cheese and Tuna
Step 11: Seasoning
Add the mozzarella cheese and the dried tuna to the fried beef pieces
and season it with quarter teaspoon of coriander powder, black pepper, paprika powder, salt.
Step 12: Mixing
Mix all together with a spoon.
Step 13: Eggs
Crack 2 eggs in the bowl and mix together real good.
Step 14: Baking
Put the mixture on the 5 flattened beef pieces and press with a spoon to spread it evenly then put it in a 150°C preheated oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 15: You're Done
Take it out of the oven when it’s baked, let it cool then serve it. Bon Appetit!
