Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cut the eggplant into slices as shown in the picture.
Put the egg in a bowl and the breadcrumbs on a large plate.
Cut the garlic and put it in a pan. Put enough oil so that it covers the bottom of the pan.
Dip the eggplant in the egg and then cover the eggplant slices thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Then fry the breaded eggplant slices in the pan.
After all the eggplant slices are fried, make the first layer by laying the fried eggplant slices in a baking pan. Then cover the layer with tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Keep making layers until you run out of eggplant to use. Put more cheese on top if not fully covered. These steps are shown in the pictures.
To finish the Eggplant Parmesan put the bowl in the oven and bake in an oven that has been pre-heated to 400°until the cheese is all melted and the tomato sauce begins to bubble up.
After that cut into squares, chow down and enjoy!!
