Introduction: Delicious Fried (with Horseradish) Egg Sandwich

I recently discovered the wonder of horseradish when frying eggs. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. I also love cooking with butter.

Step 1: Preperations - Ingredients and Stuff

Food Ingredients:
1. Butter
2. 2 eggs
3. Horseradish
4. Bread
5. Garlic (optional)

Non-Food Ingredients:
1. Frying pan
2. Spatula
3. Stove

Step 2: Step 1 - Fry Eggs

Put a nice slab of butter on the pan. Turn the element to mediumish. Once the butter is nice and melted, take a knife, or spoon, or fork, or anything and get a nice glob of horseradish into the butter. Spread it around and it'll start frying nice. This is where you can throw some diced garlic in the pan which is also delicious. Crack two eggs over the horseradish, and let it fry until it's all solid looking. Don't break the yolk like I did.. Flip over the eggs, and let the yolk cook for a little bit. Once the eggs look done, take them out of the pan and onto the plate.

Step 3: Step 2 - Fry Bread

Cover the bread in butter, on one side. Put some more butter in the pan. If there is leftover egg bits, that's a bonus. Put the bread butter side down on the pan, once the butter in the pan is melted. Move it around a bit a and after a little bit flip it over and check if it's a little toasted/fried. If it is, great! Move on to the next step. If it isn't ready, flip it over for a bit longer. You be the judge.but

Step 4: Step 3 - Assemble! (And Eat!)

Put the bread on a plate with the toasted side up. Drop the eggs onto it, spreading them out. Salt + pepper is your preference.

Put the other piece of halfbreadtoast on top of the eggs, toasted side down. Cut in half! It looks better and is easier. I like to eat with a fork and knife cause it's a little buttery.
