Nobody can resist to the amazing flavor of Nutella! It is not only delicious but it is worldwide known and you can find it in almost any country!
Imagine mixing the flavor of butter, bread and Nutella all together? A combination you will not resist (neither will your family!) So enjoy!
Step 1: Ingredients
These ingredients are for 5 empanadas
220 gr puff pastry
6 tablespoons of Nutella
*cutter, brush and rolling pin
Step 2: Roll Dough
Use your rolling pin to roll the dough to get an even layer of .3" approximately. Put some flour in the surface you're working in.
Step 3: Cut Circles
Use the cookie cutter to cut 5 circles in the dough.
Step 4: Fill
Place the circles in a baking tray with wax paper. Put a tablespoon of Nutella in each circle.
Step 5: Close
Mix your egg and put some with your baking brush all around your dough circles. Fold them in half and press the border down to close it perfectly, you can use a fork to to this.
Step 6: Glaze and Sprinkle
Glaze all your empanadas with egg and sprinkle sugar all over them
Step 7: Bake and Enjoy!
Bake them at 220ºC for 20 minutes or until they get a golden look. Let them cool down a little and enjoy!
