1 pint of heavy cream
4 serving strawberry jello packet
2tbs cream cheese
4 tbs powdered sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 cup diced strawberries
Sorry there’s no picture, i forgot to take one!
Now you chop up the strawberries and add two of the four Tbs of powdered sugar to it, and put in the microwave for thirty seconds .
We don’t want the strawberries cooked, we just want the powdered sugar to be like a syrup. Then Pour the boiling water in the jello mix and mix until dissolved.
DO NOT let the jello set AT ALL, because, when you mix the cream cheese with it later on ,it has to be liquid.
Now put a metal bowl and wisk in the freezer so when you wip the heavy cream, it’s cold.
Whip the cream cheese until there’s no lumps, then add the strawberries and whip more.
It should look like the picture.
In the electric mixer, blend the jello with the cream cheese/strawberry paste. It should be liquid.
Look at the picture for help.
Whip the cream with the remaining powdered sugar. It should make “a stiff peak”(as shown in the picture is, where it it fluffy enough to stand up). gently fold it into the jello. Let set for three hours.
If you want, you can cut a strawberry and make a design io the top of it.
