Always i'm thinking about preparing unusual and special recipes with existing ingredients, in this way I made this dish from different leftovers found in my fridge. I hope you will like it :)
Step 1: What You Need.
8-9 squid rings.
2 foils of chard.
2 tbs of cooked onion.
3 - 4 tbs of olive oil.
1 tbs of powdered coriander.
1 c.s of fine salt.
1 ball of mozzarella cheese.
Step 2: Shop the Chard.
Rinse the chard very well then cut it finely as you wish.
Step 3: Cut Mozarella Cheese.
Cut the mozzarella ball into medium-little pieces ( you may not need to use the whole quantity ).
Step 4: Mix Ingredients.
Put chard, onion, mozzarella in a shallow dish then add salt, powdered coriander and the egg.
Mix all together nicely ,make sure that the mixture not contain too much liquids, if not add 2-3 tbs of breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Cooking.
In a large non stick pan, heat 3-4 tbs of olive oil on low - medium flame.
Put 1 ring in the pan then add stuffing inside, cook on each side for 3-4 minutes, in this manner cook the rest of rings.
( It may be some missing liquids around the rings while cooking, don't worry it can be removed easily ).
Step 6: Presentation and Topping.
They are visually exciting, smell delicious, very tasty and flavoured :)
Serve hot topped with mayonnaise or any sauce of your choice, go well with soups, salads and pasta.
