You want to use a tall, skinny glass

Step 1: The First Layer

For the first (bottom) layer of the tower, put 2 tablespoons of Karo Corn Syrup

Step 2: The Second Layer

Now, you want to put in 2 tablespoons of milk, and add food coloring mixed with water.

Step 3: The Third Layer

Lastly, add two tablespoons of olive oil, and drop in an ice cube

Step 4: Enjoy!
