Dessert Recipes - Chocolate Mousse
175 g/6 oz/1 1/2 cups plain (semisweet) chocolate, broken into pieces
3 size 1 eggs, separated
15 ml/1 tbsp rum or brandy
430 g/1 large can chocolate rice pudding
A little grated chocolate

Step 1: Method:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water or in the microwave.
Stir in the egg yolks and brandy or rum. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate with a metal spoon.
Layer the rice and chocolate mousse in sundae glasses.
Chill until set. Decorate with whipped cream and a little grated chocolate and strawberries.
