Step 1: The Parts

This is how the warlock bond kit looks like. The bond made of foam. The armband , smaller pieces and the acrylic part.

Step 2: Assembly

I personally prefer to use contact glue but you also can use superglue or hot glue. Glue the smaller strips to the armband. if you use contact glue , apply on sides that will be glued together , leave it to dry till its tacky and carefully attach them together.

Step 3: Adjusting the Armband Size

The armband was made to be bigger so you can adjust it yourself. Simply measure how much you need to cut. Use a sharp x-acto knife to cut it to desired length and glue the ends together

Step 4: Sealing Your Warlock Bond

Foam cant be spray/painted directly. You will need to seal the piece first. Sealing it will create a thin layer of film that the paint can stick to. You can use either pva glue, latex glue, wood glue, plastidip . In my case, i use latex glue. Carefully seal the armband at least 3 layers.

Step 5: Painting

Wait till the sealing has fully dried. Let it dry overnight to be sure. You can use spray paint or normal acrylic paint with a brush. You can use whatever color you wanted or follow the reference picture.

Step 6: Putting It Together

Some of the warlock bond kit has a 3d printed base for the acrylic part. So you just need to hot glue the bases together. For this Bond of Exile, it doesn't have one so you will need to glue the foam piece together.

Step 7: Acrylic Part

You have to tear the plastic protective cover from the acrylic piece. Start from the edge and work you way thru.

Step 8: Battery

Plug in a 9v battery to the connector and you are done !
