Dhaba style chicken curry is a spicy dish which is generally people gets in highway restaurants.
- 500 gm chicken
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 3-4 dry red chilli.
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds.
- 4-6 peppercorn seeds.
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds.
- 1-2 medium sizes onions(chopped).
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1.5 tbsp coriander powder.
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder.
- Salt as per taste.
- 2 small size tomato chopped.
- 1 chopped green chilli.
- Curd 50 ml (optional).
- 1 tbsp garam masala.

Step 1: Marination
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Add little salt (around 1/2 tbsp).
Add little oil (around 1/2 tbsp).
Leave for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
