Diagonal Lashing

Step 1: First, Tie a Timber Hitch to One of the Objects You Are Lashing Together.

Step 2: Now Take the End With the Most Cordage and Starting Wrapping It Diagonally Around the Two Objects About Three or Four Times.

Step 3: Then Start Wrapping the Two Objects Perpendicular to the Way You Were Wrapping. Remember, Three or Four Times.

Step 4: Now Start Wrapping the Excess Cordage Around the Rest of the Cordage Going Under and Over Much Like a Horizontal Lashing.

Step 5: Once You Start Running Out of Cordage, Tie the Lashing Off With a Clove Hitch.
