Step 1: Ingredients / 1 Serving
- 1 Salmon - 1/2 onion - mushroom (shimeji and shiitake) - green onion - corn - 1 small clove garlic [ Sauce ] - 1/2 tsp miso - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sake - 1 tbsp mirin - 1/2 tbsp butter - lime for topping
Step 2: Prepare
1. Put salt to salmon then leave it in fridge.
2. Sliced onion and garlic. Cut mushrooms and green onion into few pieces.
3. Make sauce Blend all of the the sauce ingredients. 4. Sear the salmon at high heat and take it out once.

2, On the same frying pan, place the all ingredients and place back the salmon then add the sauce.
3, Cover and simmer for 15 min at medium heat.
Step 4: Finishing
Put lime on the salmon. So nice flavor. It's also good with green tea. It's easy and fast cooking!
