Introduction: Dogwood Candles
This past winter I had a few Dogwood Trees die in my yard. I cut them up but some of the wood was still good. I cut the final sections seen in the picture with my 10" miter saw and left the bark intact. I put a coat of semi-gloss polyurithane to help preserve them. I used a straight router bit to route out the hole for the glass holders. I bought the glass holders at my local arts and craft store for a $1 each.
