Introduction: Double-Cheese Pizza Bagel
Are you a pizza lover? Probably. Can you afford to eat out for pizza every day? Probably not. I once had this dilemma, but I got around it very easily with a simple recipe, and now I want to share it with all of you! :)
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
For this recipe, you will need:
1-3 Bagels
Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
Tomato Sauce/ ketchup
OPTIONAL:
Onion
Garlic Powder
Additional Cheese Types
Herbs of Choice
Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the Bagels in half. Give each half a thin coating of tomato sauce. Cover each half in cheese. Try to put an even amount of both cheeses, but if you like one better, you can put a little bit more of one kind. How much cheese you put on in total is also just your preference.
Step 3: OPTIONAL
If you wish, before cooking you can add onion, a sprinkle of garlic powder, or herbs to the sauce. You can even add a new kind of cheese to make this a triple cheese pizza bagel! :)
Step 4: Cooking the Pizza Bagel
Place the bagel in a toaster oven or regular oven. Cook at about 480 degrees. You can remove from oven any time you want, but I personally like to remove it when the cheese just starts to melt.
Step 5: End Result
