It's a simple, low-cost and exciting exercise to make a robot which can draw random sketches - 'Drawbot'.
- Color Markers
- Vibration motor
- Coin cell 3V
- Coin cell holder
Although drawbots move is random directions but since we are using a cup as base, you can control it to an extent by loading/weighting the sides with clay and restricting its motion.

Step 1: Sticking the Markers
Stick coloured makers to the cup with the help of tape.
Attached it properly as it should be balanced by all sides.Otherwise, the bot will get dis-balanced and fall or get stuck.
Step 2: Step 2: Attaching Motor and Battery
Now, attach vibration motor to the coin cell holder and stick it on the top of the cup as shown in a figure. The vibration motor has no polarity so you connect it anyway with the battery terminals.
Put the coin cell in the holder.
Hurreyyy, its start drawing.
Have fun creating random pattern with it.
