A superior roach feed recipe. Enjoy!

Step 1: Aquire Ingredients

The best recipe I have found is as follows:
1/4 c brown rice flour
1/4 c bleached wheat flour
1/4 c oatmeal flakes(ground)
1/4 c dried banana chips(ground)
2 Tbs fish flakes(ground)
1 Tbs soy protein powder
1 tsp powdered reptile calcium

I have found this mixture to be superior for roach health and explosive population growth. Your reptiles will go crazy over your tasty roaches.

Give your roaches a spoonfuls of this once. A day( or less for small colonies.)

And make sure to provide plenty of water via water crystals.
