Duct Tape Window Insulation

Introduction: Duct Tape Window Insulation

About: I put myself into every single project I work on to get a beautiful recognizable design in result.

I currently live in a rented apartment and the windows in my living room are not sealed, so during the cold weather months they became a prime spot for energy loss. Leaking problem is from loose fitting window sashes. I think duct tape can be easily installed around the edge and frame of the window. So let`s create this barrier between the outdoor air and the inside of my home, helping block air leaks that lead to high heating costs.

I wonder how it would work if you used thin weather stripping and then sealed the edges with duck tape...hmmm Good idea you have.
