Por que crear una CNC ?
Costos No es mejor comprarla ? No me puedo dar ese lujo !!! ( al vivir en un lugar con un mal cambio Argentina $17 - 1u$d es dificil comprar tecnologia , Y si comprarla por vias legales lo mas posible es que quede en la

aduana, hay deberas pagar una multa por importar /objetos den lujo/ =?O=%&$ la putaaa , desde cuando comprar una herramienta es un objeto de lujo , mas una coima o pago ilegal al despachante de turno , bueno , esperemos

que cambie eso !! y ademas deberemos pagar una coima o fianza al aduanero

Experiencia ( lo que realizas lo aprendes sin lugar a dudas)

Step 1: Materials


Well, what we have is ..

Knowledge, willingness to work, simple tools.

... We need several things ... but not too many ideas on how to perform them

This project was done in our mutual cooperation with my friend ing Zink

We went out every Friday after school to search for e-waste in homes of computer, obtaining 20 printers.

Disarming all we managed to rescue several step by step, and then configure engines.

Problems !!! It is difficult to get similar engines !! if they are not the same in arduino difficult settings.


Y bueno , lo que tenemos es ..

Conocimiento , ganas de trabajar , herramientas sencillas .

Nos falta ... varias cosas ... pero no sobran ideas de como realizarlas

este proyecto fue realizado en coperacion con mi amigo ing Zink

Salimos todos los viernes luego de clases a buscar basura electronica en casas de informatica, obteniendo unas 20 impresoras.

Desarmando todo logramos rescatar varios motores paso a paso , para luego configurarlos.

Problemas !!! es complicado conseguir motores similares !! si no son los mismos dificulta la configuracion en arduino.

La 1er version la construimos con la idea de dibujar circuitos, para saltearnos otros engorrosos procesos en la produccion de circuitos.

Usamos arduinos y componentes de facil acceso, la electronica la tragimos de Paraguay (pais con libre importacion :) )

Que felicidad , funciona el artilugio !!!

Bueno ahora a a trabajar en la CNC - 3D en escala mayor .

Step 3: The CNC


3D print and extruder hot bed ----

warm bed, this was easy to solve, 2 glasses and a copper wire that acts as resistance

Important that the wires are not touching, use as transparent insulation tape sacreficio, this is gradually burning, but holds the glass and copper wire.

Thermostat ! a command and a thermocouple (I cost us enocontrar the correct relationship between the thermocouple and its programming but we did it !!!)

extruder This required us a lot of effort and many tests, we achieved good results by turning copper

Finally we ended up riding a lathe. Polifan milling parts, obtaining good results.

3D print---- cama caliente y extrusor

Cama caliente, esta fue facil de solucionar ,2 vidrios y una cable de cobre que actua como resistencia

Importante que no se toquen los cables , use como aislante de sacreficio cinta transparente , esta se quema gradualmente , pero ya el vidrio sujeta el alambre de cobre.

Controlador de temperatura ! un comando y una termocupla ( nos costo enocontrar la correcta relacion entre la termocupla y su programacion pero lo logramos !!! )

Extrusora Esto nos demando bastante esfuerzo y muchas pruebas, torneando cobre logramos buenos resultados

Al fin terminamos montando un torno. Fresando piezas en polifan , obteniendo buenos resultados.
