EDGE AVOIDING ROBOT

Step 1:

PARTS-

1 Transistor switch circuit with relay

2 Ir diode and ir led 2 pair

3 Relay h bridge circuit

4 Battery

5 Diy robot chassis

Step 2:

1 hi welcome to the FOURTH part of five part robot series.this is the same transistor switch circuit that i have used in FOLLOW ME ROBOT, LINE FOLLOWING ROBOT AND LIGHT FOLLOWING ROBOT

Step 3:

2 THERE IS A SMALL CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS BUILD I GIVE +SUPPLY TO RELAYS COMMON PIN

THIS MAKE RELAYS NO AND NC PIN EITHER HIGH OR LOW

Step 4:

3 TO DRIVE MOTOR ACCORDING TO THAT HIGH OR LOW SIGNAL I BUILT THIS RELAY BASED H BRIDGE CIRCUIT EACH PAIR OF RELAY DRIVES ONE MOTOR THESE FOUR BLUE WIRES ARE DATA INPUT PINS AND THESE YELLOW AND GREEN WIRE IS FOR CIRCUITS BATTERY SUPPLY TWO PAIR OF RED AND BLACK WIRE FOR MOTORS.AND LAST RED AND BLACK WIRE FOR MOTORS BATTERY SUPPLY

Step 5:

4 this is the circuit diagram.here you can see all connections.

Step 6:

5 ASSEMBLE IT ON MY DIY ROBOT CHASSIS.i am using a cardboard piece to hold sensors

6 lets test it

    This project deserves a lot more attentiion in my opinion, just the simplicity of building a robot like this using only jellybean parts and no microcontroller is pretty awesome. I kinda feel like I want to get one of those ultrasonic sensors working like this, it would be a lot more complicated and would probably involve some circuit with a 555 and a discharging cap.
