EMS Green Lights

Introduction: EMS Green Lights

I bought 24 green LED lights off of Amazon for 30 Dollars. I mounted the lights on the dashboard of my car. I connected and taped all of the wires together to create a neat, thick line. I bought a phone charger that connected to the cigarette lighter and wired it to the lights. The cigarette lights gives the lights power as I drive. I also wired a strobe box to the lights to create many patterns the lights can be displayed on. I hope to buy more lights and mount them to the grill and back of the my car. Comment any idea/suggestions on ways I could make this look better or do better.

Get a piece of PVC pipe big enough the lights can fit in(abs pipe is black) and form it with heat to the curve of the windshield. You can then cut the pipe to form a channel to hide the lights and wiring in. A bit of foam tape to seal it against the glass will also cut back on the glare back inside the cab.

Purely personal but I like mine at the top. The tint up there helps hide it a bit more and higher up in my opinion makes it easier to see for others. As for getting pulled over I have some stickers I bought that say firefighter, 1x1 on the front and 2x2 on the back. Without those I have all my lights hidden so when they are off my blazer looks stock. Clear lens with colored leds help with this for grille lights.
