Step 1: Supplies:
Liquid glue, streamer, ribbon, scissors, Sharpies/markers, glitter beads, card board (if wanted), construction paper & stapler.
Fold construction paper in half, cut streamers & glue on to front of card.
Fold & glue excess streamer on to back of card.
Cut out triangles, decorate, & write "happy". Cut ribbon the length of card.
Glue ribbon on the front of card, then glue triangles (glue the top & bottom of triangle).
Cut strip of paper, write "birthday".
Glue "birthday" strip on to front of card & glue ribbon on edges. Cut off any excess.
Cut 3 ovals & 3 little triangles. Color half of oval with a Sharpie/marker. Then put a strip of glue around the edge of color. Next, put plastic glitter on glue. Then glue little triangles at the bottom.
Arrange & glue balloons on to card. Then add ribbon at the end (cut off excess).
Draw & cut shape, write name, & decorate. Glue ribbon on front of card & then glue letters/name.
Cut out card board into strips (or construction paper), color with silver metallic Sharpie, glue on edges of card to frame it. FINISHED! :)
