I have only known the wonders of the Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich for a month and I got to say it is one of the best sandwiches I have ever tried. I was inspired by The Food Network but I added my own spin to it ( the bacon I dropped the lime juice).

Step 1: Cooking the Bacon and Melting the Butter
To make the Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich there are a few ingredients you will need:
1 to 2 ripe avocados,
1 to 3 pieces of bacon
2 pieces of bread ( I recommend harder bread over softer), 2 pieces of pepper jack cheese
Butter and a few cooking supplies:
A stove, pan and spatula.
Cook your bacon. When your bacon is cooked you will need to put it off to the side. You cannot cook in the bacon grease so therefore you will either need to wash the pan or get a new one. When you are ready to cook the sandwich put butter in the pan and melt it
Step 2: Gathering Supplies and Avocado Cutting
Step 2: After the butter is melted you will need to gather your supplies. When you have gathered your supplies start cutting the avocados. When you have cut the avocados you will be ready to make your sandwich.
Step 3: Cooking Your Sandwich
Put the bread on the stove first because it will be easier to actually make your sandwich. Then add all your ingredients. Add the cheese first then the avocados and bacon. Cook your sandwich. Flip it over when it is golden brown then again when it's golden brown on the other side. It must be golden brown on both sides.
Step 4: Enjoy
When your sandwich is golden brown on both sides it is done. Enjoy
