this recipe has become " a must have " at home,easy and tasty

Step 1: Ingredients
1- 300g of flour
2- 100g soft butter
3- 4 tablespoon of oil
4- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
5- 1 teaspoon of : garlic powder , onion powder,cumin powder,origano,chili powder,red pepper powder , pepper powder, curcum powder and some salt ( note : you can omit any spice from the list.it’s just how i like to taste)
6- 2 pieces any of triangle cheese or ( some amount of rapped cheese)
7- About 3 tablespoons of seasam.
8- luck Warm water to gather the dough.
Mix all the ingredients ( expect water) until
the butter and the oil is absorbed by the flour
Add the the water gradually until the a soft dough is formed.(
note : Be sure not to kneated like making bread just your hand’s palm and ghatered because the butter dough should never be kneaded )
Leave it in the fridge
for 30 minutes or you can make it and leave it for the next day.
Spread the dough and the
thinkness should as it is mentiond in the picture.because if it is thiker it will be burnt easy on the oven or if it bold i stay chewy but not cranchy.
It ‘s up to you to for mit according to your
taste but this is the easiest way to form it.
In 200 preaheated oven for 20 minutes but it better to keep watching because each ne has unique oven.
Voila.. the color should be a little bit
yellow due to curcum. And the tasteis yummy.
Since i discovered this recipe , i stopped buying crakers because is not only homemade but also you control what you eat
