Step 1: What You Need
1 quart size plastic baggie 1 gallon size plastic baggie 1 cup of milk or half and half 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 10 tablespoons of salt Ice cubes 2 tablespoons of sugar
Step 2: Mix
Pour milk/half and half, sugar, and vanilla into the quart sized baggie and close bag tightly. In the gallon bag put salt and ice. (Hint: sometimes a splash of water in the gallon bag will help freeze faster.)
Step 3: Shake
Place the quart sized bag into the gallon sized bag and shake shake shake.
Step 4: Enjoy
Once ice cream is thick and hard grab a spoon and enjoy
