Intro: Easy No Knead Healthy Bread
Everyone loves a good fresh bread, but to knead the dough, is both tedious and boring. Therefore I have become a big fan of this easy and fast recipe for a healthy and very good bread.
This recipe makes two large breads or three smaller.
Step 1: Ingredients
To make this bread you need the following,
250 grams of wholemeal flour,
550 grams of spelt flour (you can also use just normal plain flour),
60 grams of sunflower seeds,
60 grams of pumpkin seeds,
50 grams of sesame seeds,
50 grams of oats,
100 grams of flax seeds,
1 tablespoon of salt,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
1 bag of dry yeast (equivalent to 50 grams of yeast),
1 liters of water (40 degrees celcius warm)
A big bowl,
Three loaf pans,
Step 2: Mixing Up the The Ingredients
Start with mixing all the dry ingredients,
Pour the water over the mixed dry ingredients,
Mix it all well together,
Cover it with some cling film and set to raise,
Wait for it to double in size, around 45 minutes.
Step 3: Form the Breads
Grease the loaf pans well,
Pour/put the dough in the pans,
Cover with cling film and set to raise,
Wait for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Bake the Breads
Bake the breads at 225 degrees Celsius, for 45 minutes,
Take the breads out of the pans (helps to use a knife around the edges),
Bake them upside down for 15 minutes (outside of the pans),
Let them cool.
