Did the jerk in the next cubicle get YOUR promotion? Did the new guy get the last donut? Wreak havoc on those you detest with this simple yet effective crossbow. To whip this bad boy up in a couple of minutes, here is what you'll need:

3 Pencils
4-5 Rubber Bands
A Knife
Scotch Tape

Step 1: Fixing the Pencils Together

Rubber band your pencils together (as shown)

Step 2: Cutting the Notches

Cut notches on either side of the remaining pencil

Step 3: Rubber Banding the Remaining Pencil

This is pretty self-explanatory. Yet, I added a picture anyway.

Step 4: Putting the Last Rubber Band Into Place

Put each end of the rubber band into the notches as shown! Then scotch tape over the notches and the rubber bands.

Step 5: You Are Finished!

Enjoy your petite (yet perilous) weapon. I suggest putting a piece of scotch tape in the middle of the rubber band to hit your projectiles. Works best with wads of paper about the size of spitballs. (Hint hint)
