Introduction: Easy Salsa Verde

Step 1: What You Will Need
1 lb. Tomatillos
1 Small Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Bunch Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
Step 2: Roast Em
Preheat oven to low Broil. Peel and slice tomatillos in half. Peel and quarter the onion. Put jalapenos, tomatillos & onion all on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and place in preheated oven on top rack. I cooked mine for 8 mins. Turned them over and then another 5 mins. Now place all cooked items into a food processor or blender. Add lime juice, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 3 cloves garlic and a handful cilantro. Now blend it all together. That's it! Just put some on your favorite Mexican dishes or just eat with some tortilla chips. Thanks for checking this out! Enjoy!!
