Step 1: Step 1 Collecting the Ingredients

1. Choose 4 of the following:

  • Tomato/Cherry Tomato [cubed if tomato] [halved or quartered if cherry tomato]
  • Cheese (any type) [cubed]
  • Olives [whole]
  • Paprika [cubed]
  • Carrot [small slice]
  • Avocado [cubed]

(My personal favourite is tomato, olives, cheese and cucumber)

2. toothpicks or skewers

Step 2: Step 2 Putting It Together

Take all your ingredients. And get a toothpick or skewer.

Then slide the ingredients onto the toothpick/skewer.

No, but I really like the idea. It looks like an especially good way to encourage kids to eat some veggies, so I'll definitely be doing this at some point.
