- ½ medium cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tsp sriracha sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 2: Chop or Grate
On a cutting board with you’re a grater or a chefs knife, slice or grate the cabbage and transfer to a medium bowl.
Step 3: Same for the Apples & Carrots
Do the same with the apple and carrot but be sure to core the apple before grating.
Step 4: Mix in All the Fun Stuff
Add the lime juice, mayo, sugar, vinegar, garlic, sriracha, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve it up at your next get together.
