Introduction: Easy Wire Earring Studs
These are fast and simple but stylish DIY earrings studs. All you need are jewelry wire, earring backs, and jewelry pliers. If you want to buy these, this is the link to my Etsy shop listing:
Step 1: Materials
What you need:
28 gauge jewelry wire
two earring backs
jewelry pliers
Step 2: Beginning
Wrap end of wire around your needle nose jewelry pliers, forming a loop. Do this two more times to make 3 loops in a clover shape.
Step 3: Making the Stem
Wrap wire around in between two of the loops to the other side of the clover. Bend the wire with your flat nose pliers so that it sticks out, making the stem of the earring, the part that will go through your ear. If you want, you can sand it down so that it isn't as sharp.
Step 4: Finish
Make one more, then add earring backs, and you are finished!
