Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients are:

Butter - 80 grams

Sugar - 60 to 75 grams

Milk - 30 ml

Flour - 150 grams

Baking Powder - Half a tea spoon

Food processor

Baking powder could be mixed with the flour from the beginning.

バター - 80グラム

砂糖 - 60から75グラム

牛乳 - 30ml

小麦粉 - 150グラム

ベーキングパウダー - 小さじ半分

Step 2: Mix Sugar and Butter

Put all the sugar and butter into the food processor.

You have to make sure that the butter is not inclined on one side and it has to be in room-temperature so that the sugar and butter will be mixed well.

Step 3: Mix the Butter and Sugar.

To mix it efficiently, you must do it slowly. At the beginning, the sound of the food processor should be rhythmic.
There should be a short pause between the sound of the food processor (about 2 seconds) for approximately five times. When you saw that the sugar and butter is somehow mixed, put the food processor on for about 20 seconds. Watch the video to get better idea about what you are supposed to do.

Step 4: Add Milk

Add milk to the butter and sugar, mix it for a few seconds.

Step 5: Add Flour and Baking Powder

Add mixed flour and baking powder, about 1/3 at a time. Each 1/3 should be added after making sure that the last 1/3 is combined well to the butter and sugar.

Step 6: Create a Stick Out of the Dough

Take the dough that you made out of the food processor, and make a stick on a flat surface, with preferably a diameter 5 cm. It could be a thin cylinder or a rectangular, but make sure that the surface of the dough stick is relatively smooth.

Step 7: Cool It Down

Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and put it in a refrigerator. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 8: Cutting

Take it out from the refrigerator after 30 minutes and cut it so that the thickness of each slice is about 8mm. When you do that, switch on the oven and set it to 170°.

Step 9: Line Them Up on the Tray

Put the cooking paper on top of the oven-tray and put the doughs in lines. There should be some spaces between them so that when they expand a little in the oven, they do not stick to each other.

Before you put it them into the oven, you could also make some patterns using forks. You can press the forks on the surface of the cookies, and it makes some nice lines on the cookies to make it look more attractive.

Step 10: Put It in the Oven

Make certain that the oven is warm enough and put the tray into the oven, and leave it for 15-18 minutes. Start checking the cookies after 15 minutes have passed. Some might get charred if they were a little thinner than others.

Step 11: Cool Them Down

Put them on a rough strainer and leave them until it gets colder.

Step 12: Final: Eat Them!

Thank you very much for reading this Instructables. I hope you enjoyed the making cookies!
