I consider myself an Avocado addict! The reason is simple: all food tastes much better with a bit of avocado. But if there is a "no miss" snack that should be prepared with avocado it is definitely the Guacamole.
Guacamole is very easy to prepare. Some people add coriander, onion and even tomato. I prefer to make it very simple so the magnificent taste of the avocado is not hidden. Adding simple ingredients will enrich the avocado taste.

Step 1: Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 lime (juice)
- pinch of salt
Step 2: Cut the Avocado in Half
Step 3: Remove the Seed, Cut It in Small Squares
Step 4: Add the Lime Juice, Olive Oil and Pinch of Salt
The lime juice makes the Guacamole tastier and helps it to last longer!
Step 5: Mash the Avocado Mix
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!
Guacamole should be eaten immediately (it turns black after 15 minutes).
Guacamole can be eaten as a snack with fried tortilla or pita chips.
You can also eat Guacamole to enrich your food: add it to your favorite wrap or tacos!
