Step 1: INGREDIENTS
Choose your vegetables!
- 1 zucchini
- 100 gr mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 100 gr. chicken breast
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt & pepper / spices
Step 2: PREPARATIONS
Now, you should made some preparations before grilling.
First, cut the chicken breast in portions as you like, then put it into a bowl along with some lemon juice, salt and pepper, and let it marinate for about half hour. This sauce is making the chicken breast more juicy.
After that, start chopping your veggies as you love, shaped, slices, cubicles. I like to chop them rounded (like zucchini) and sticks (like sweet potato, carrot, green pepper, etc.).
Step 3: START GRILLING
In the final step, you've got the easy job, or not.
Start grilling your chicken breast. I bet you all know how to grill it.
After the breast is grilled, go for grilling vegetables. This is the most important step because you need to be careful. Zucchini is grilling more faster than mushrooms for examples, and you need to check them all the time. So, set your small flame, and let them got juicy by its own.
