Step 1: Make the Head
Trace something round with your pencil. (Glue stick, button, anything round really.) This will be the emoji's head. Make the number of circles the number of emojis you want. (I made three so I drew 3 circles.)
Step 2: Draw in the Faces.
This is easy to do if you take out your phone and look at examples. Draw in the mouth, nose, eyes, eyebrows, ect.
Step 3: Color It In.
For this step just color the emojis in
Step 4: Cut Out the Emojis
Take your time cutting the emojis out.
Step 5: Flip Over the Emojis
Flip over the emojis. Now they're ready to get magnets glued to them!
Step 6: Cut the Magnet Piece
You can get the magnet piece from a worn out magnet or from the back of something it doesn't really matter. Cut the magnet smaller than your emoji.
Step 7: Glue Down the Magnet Peices.
With wet glue, glue down the magnet piece/pieces on the back of the emoji/emojis.
Step 8: Push Down the Magnets
With the back of your pencil, push on the magnets so the magnets won't be loose.
Step 9: Let the Magnets Dry
Let the magnets dry on a piece of paper for 5-10 minutes.
Step 10: Enjoy!
It's time to decorate! Or give them to a friend! Whatever you want to do with them! Enjoy your homemade magnets!
