Epic Chocolate Chip Cookies




Ever wanted one of those chewy, gooey, irresistible chocolate chip cookies? If you have, and want to learn to make this cookie yourself, than this is your recipe! These cookies melt in your mouth and taste delicious. They rise to perfection because of the great homemade dough and skillful hands that made it. Your taste buds will be oh so happy. Kids also approve these cookies! These chocolate chip cookies are truly epic!!!

Step 1: Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 cups chocolate chips

•makes 5 dozen•

Step 2:

Preheat oven to 375° F

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Step 3:

Beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a medium mixing bowl until creamy.

Step 4:

Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each time.

Step 5:

Gradually beat flour mixture. Make sure to beat well after each addition.

Step 6:

Mix in chocolate chips. Mix well but don't over mix. Add more flour if your dough is too sticky. Although remember: you can add but you can't take away when cooking or baking so don't add too much!

Step 7: Bake

Roll the dough into small balls and place on a non stick baking sheet or greases baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes at 375° F. If you cookies seem done before that you can take them out of the oven.

Step 8: Eat!

Now your cookies are done and you can try them for yourself! Great job and enjoy your homemade epic chocolate chip cookies!
