That original PDF template is designed for A3 paper which a lot of us would not be able to print at home. If you print it as A4 / 8.5 x 11 paper, it will reduce the final size by 75%, the objects then became too small to assemble and the head mount would be too small.

I was able to resize the file to 75% and print them on 8.5 x 11 paper, this way the mount would be 25% smaller but still look amazing. Each PDF page would be split into 2 pages, all you need to do is to tape them together before sticking it onto the card stock. If you print directly on the card stock, you will need to reinforce the seams with more cardboard strips.
