One of Holly's favorite post-market snacks is this Farmers Market Bruschetta Toast. It has fresh tomatoes and basil spooned over newly baked bread. To start, halve several cherry tomatoes and add them to a medium bowl.

Halve several cherry tomatoes and add them to a medium bowl.
Next, dice up fresh basil.
Drizzle quality olive oil over the tomato mixture.
Add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the bowl and give it all a good toss to combine the flavors.
Lastly, toast a few slices of fresh sourdough bread and top them with a heaping helping of the bruschetta mixture. Sprinkle a dash of sea salt over the top of this Farmers Market Bruschetta Toast too. It brings out the taste of fresh, sweet tomatoes and earthy basil, especially when it’s spooned over delicious, chewy sourdough bread.
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
6-8 cherry tomatoes
3-4 basil leaves
Sea salt (optional)
Slice tomatoes in half and place in a bowl.
Chop basil and add to bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Spoon tomato mixture over toasted sourdough.
Sprinkle sea salt as desired.
